Special Warranty Deed
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, a corporation, whose address is 5000
Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010, Grantor, for an in consideration for Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid, the receipt for
which is hereby acknowledged, grants, bargains, sells, conveys and warrants unto Coey
E. Huckins and Jenae A. Huckins, Husband and Wife, as Tenants by the Entirety,
whose address is 226 Roan Way, Etna, WY 83118, Grantee, the following described real
property, situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 107 of Nordic Ranches Division No. 8, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on
the official plat filed on October 4, 2000 as Instrument No. 868753 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
Power of Attorney relating to the above property was recorded on 10/01/2010 at Book

The Grantor for itself and for its successors in interest does by these presents expressly
limit the covenants of the deed to those herein expressed, and excludes all covenants
arising or to arise by statutory or other implication, and does hereby covenant that
Grantor will forever warrant and defend the above described real estate against all
persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by, through, or under said Grantor,
but none other.
