subdivision of the State of Wyoming, Grantor, in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised
released, conveyed, and quitclaimed and by these presents does remise, release, and forever
quitclaim unto Hoffman Investments, LLC, Grantee whose address is 105 W. 5` Street Oxnard,
CA. 93030, all right title and interest in the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:

A portion of the Lincoln County, Wyoming property, as referred to in the Deed recorded
with Document No. 414602, in Book 86PR, on Page 165, with the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, located within the NE1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 31, T37N,
R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being a one hundred (100) feet wide
Deeded road easement, fifty (50) feet on either side of the Center Line being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the Center Line of Palisades County Road 12 -101, as referred
to in said Lincoln County, Wyoming Deed, as delineated on the Official Plat of said
Palisades County Road 12 -101, recorded in Slot 101, with said Office,
said Point of Beginning being 362.13 feet S88 °48'14 "W from the U.S. Department of the
Interior Bureau of Land Management, 1973 location for the 1/4 Corner between said
Section 30, and said Section 31, also,
said Point of Beginning being 954.37 feet S88 °08'59 "E from the U.S. Department of the
Interior Bureau of Land Management, 1973 location for the W1/16 Corner between said
Section 30, and said Section 31;
thence S 13 °41'21 "E, along said Center Line, 766.62 feet to a Point in the Westerly Right
of -Way line for U.S. Highway 89, as delineated on the Record of Survey Plat recorded
with Receiving No. 954026, with said Office, with the Easterly Right -of -Way line and
the Westerly Right -of -Way line being prolonged or shortened to meet said Westerly
Right -of -Way line, of said U.S. Highway 89.
Together with all buildings improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto. Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and rights of
way of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
