R. TITENSOR, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of the Town of Thayne, County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum often dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND QUITCLAIMS to SAMUEL R. TITENSOR and SHAWNA R. TITENSOR, Trustees or their
successors in Trust, under the SAMUEL R. AND SHAWNA R. TITENSOR LIVING TRUST, dated
November 20, 2000, and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Thayne, County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, Grantee, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
In Section (12), Township (34) N., R119W. 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The S W 1/4S W 1 /4, and beginning at the SW Corner of the NE 1 /4S W 1 /4 and running thence
East 106 2/3 rods, thence North 122 rods, thence West 26 2/3 rods, thence South 120 rods,
thence West 80 rods, thence South 2 rods to the point of beginning. There being 60.33 acres
more or less in the described area.
