KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS Norman M. Harrower did under date of April 1st, 2013, make and execute unto
Fitzsimmons, LLC as Lessee, that certain Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease recorded in Book 810,
Page 199, Entry #970712 in Lincoln County, Wyoming and covering the following described land in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
Township 25 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M.
Section 21: Lots 30, 32 and 34
Section 28: Lots 2, 4, 5, 7, 11, 13, 16, 34, and 40; also that part of Tract 61 lying west
of the Oregon Shortline Railroad right -of -way and that part of Tract 129
lying westerly of the centerline of Bear River
Section 29: Lots 34, 36, 37; also Tracts 56 and 58
Section 30: Tract 53
Section 31: Lot 5 north of property line /fence line as described by Surveyor Scherbel,
LTD on the Map recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office
as Map 21C on January 5, 1994
Section 32: Lot 7
Section 33: Lots 8, 9, 14, 15, 25, 26, 32 and 42
Sections 19 20: S2 of Tract 80B and S2 of Tract 81
Sections 20 29: Tract 59
Sections 21, 28 29: Tract 60 and that part of Tract 76 lying westerly of the centerline
of Bear River
Sections 29 32: Tract 57
Township 24 North, Range 120 West, 6th P.M.
Section 01: S2SE; Tracts 41A, 41C, 41D, 45; and Tract 130 lying westerly of the
centerline of Bear River
Section 03: Lot 9 east of property line /fence line as described by Surveyor Scherbel,
LTD on the Map recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office
as Map 21C on January 5, 1994
Section 04: Lots 5 and 9
Section 09: Lot 7 south of property line /fence line as described by Surveyor Scherbel,
LTD on the Map recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office
as Map 21C on January 5, 1994

Section 14: NWNW
Containing an estimated 2347.677 acres
NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations, for the purpose of amending said lease, it is now and hereby agreed,
notwithstanding anything to the contrary in said lease as originally executed or as amended by any
previous amendments, that:
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee hereby entered into provision 3, reading as follows:
"3. The primary term of this Oil and Gas Lease is five (5) years with an option to extend for an
additional five (5) years upon the payment of additional bonus of said option."
AND WHEREAS, said provision 3 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"3. The primary term of this Oil and Gas Lease is five (5) years with no option to extend."
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration, as set out above, the undersigned, as Lessor(s), do(es)
hereby amend, ratify, approve, confirm, and adopt the above described Oil and Gas Lease, as amended
hereby and by any amendment heretofore executed in so far as it covers the above described land.
Lessor acknowledges that said lease, as amended, is valid and in full force and effect.
This Ratification and Amendment of Oil and Gas Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, personal representatives, or assigns.
