COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP AND PLAT
THEREOF FILED SEPTEMBER 27, 1978 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 514467 IN THE
OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
