PUTT, husband and wife, HC 62, Box 7164, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127, GRANTORS, for and
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to RODNEY K. PUTT
and EVALIN R. PUTT, TRUSTEES of the Rodney K. and Evalin R. Putt Family Trust dated June 10,

assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 41 of Star Valley Ranch Unit 21 as recorded October 22, 1982, Document
No. 586332, Map No. 284, in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions,
reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and/or of record.
