83127, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT to RODNEY K. PUTT and EVALIN R. PUTT, TRUSTEES of the Rodney K. and Evalin
R. Putt Family Trust dated June 10, 2013, c/o HC 62, Box 7164, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127,
GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 72 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on
the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions,
reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or of record.
WITNESS our hands this 10th day of June, 2013.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereunto belonging.
