The undersigned, as trustee under that certain Trust Deed, in which Evergreen
Solutions 2 LLC, as trustor, Rocky Mountain Title Insurance, as trustee, and Gary and
Kaylyn LyeIls Revocable Living Trust dated November 2, 1998, Gary R. LyeIls and
Kaylyn B. LyeIls, Trustees, as beneficiary, recorded on December 28, 2009, in Book
739, Page 43, Filing No. 951296, in the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, having
received from the beneficiaries a request to reconvey, stating that the obligation secured
by the Trust Deed has been fully satisfied, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
the persons entitled thereto, all of the right, title and interest now held by the secured
party in and to that land described in said Trust Deed situated in Lincoln County,
Wyoming as follows:
That part of the NW1 /4 of Section 12, T24N, R116W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said NW1 /4 of said section
12, found as described in the Corner Record filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County;
