consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to the JAMES STEVE
PERRY AND KAREN PERRY JOINT TRUST, dated June C2013, JAMES STEVE
PERRY and KAREN PERRY, Trustees, Grantees, the following described real estate situated at
152 Madison, Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
That part of Lots 1 and 3 of Block 3 of the Original Townsite of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel
labeled "Shelby E. Steed and Mary Jo Steed, Tract A" dated January 10, 1997.
