waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of

ALL OF LOT 1 OF THE ELK RIDGE GROVER SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT NO.
333 -E FILED OCTOBER 12, 2005 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 912740 OF THE
RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
