RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That SUSAN CHILD, a married woman,
as her sole and separate property, of 12030 SW 76th Terrace, Lake Butler, FL
32054, Assignee of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated February 8, 2006,
wherein Tony Varras and Debra A. Varras of 2307 Victor Road, Rock Springs, WY
82901, are Mortgagors in the Mortgage dated September 18, 2002, and W. Tom
Davis, Trustee of the Doyle F. Child Family Living Revocable Trust Dated June 1,
1992, of P.O. Box 248, Afton, WY 83110 is Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $96,000.00 as therein stated,
which Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 19, 2002, in Book 499
of P.R. on Page 575, as Instrument No. 884197, covering real property described in
said Mortgage and Assignment of Mortgage, recorded February 13, 2006, in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk, in Book 612, on Page 223, as Instrument No.
915960, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
Part of Section 7, T32N R 118 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the NW' /4SE1/4 of said Section 7 and
running thence North 80 rods; thence West 40 rods; thence South 66 rods; thence
West 15 rods; thence South 14 rods; thence East 55 rods to the PLACE OF BEGIN-
NING.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in Warranty deed recorded
November 5, 1952 in Book 8 of Mixed Records on page 466 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk
is, with a Note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said Assignee does
hereby release and quitclaim unto the said Mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed
and mortgaged.
