other Good and Valuable? Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Road 314, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate
situate in Lincoln Country and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to -wit:
Lot 5 of Section 20, T21N, R113W, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with all improvements, appurtenances,
hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
Subject, however, to all easements, rights -of -ways,
reservations, restrictions, conditions of record,
and existing or future oil and gas and /or other mineral
leases, or existing mining, mineral and other
reservations, now of record, or otherwise affecting
said lands.
