RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE SALES AGREEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, First
Security Bank, NA, successor in interest to Star Valley State Bank, does hereby release
the Assignment of Real Estate Sales Agreement dated August 11, 1994, executed by Jack
E. Corsi and Tess B. Corsi, husband and wife, which Assignment was recorded on the 23
day of August, 1994, as entry number 788617 in Book 356 P. R., at Page 273 of the
records of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, the property
covered by said mortgage which is located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming and is
described as follows:
Lot Six (6) of Misty Meadow Estates Subdivision within the E V/2 of Section 22,
T36N, R119W, as said subdivision is laid down and platted in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
