KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
MEMORANDUM OF
COMMUNITIZATION AGREEMENT
By that certain Communitization Agreement approved by the U.S. Department of the Interior,
Bureau of Land Management, effective October 1, 2007, and identified as Agreement No. WYW-
180047, the working interests, royalty or other leasehold interests or operating rights under the oil and gas
leases covering the following described lands:
Township 22 North, Range 112 West, 6 P.M.
Section 23: SENE, NESE
Section 24: SWNW, NWSW
Lincoln County, Wyoming
have been communitized and pooled into a communitized area, or pooled unit, to be operated as an entirety
for the production of natural gas and associated hydrocarbons producible from the Frontier Formation
insofar and only insofar as such gas and associated hydrocarbons are produced from the Cow Hollow #90-
24 Well located in the NWSW of Section 24, T22N, R112W, Lincoln County, Wyoming.

4 0 2 This Memorandum is executed for the purpose of recordation in the office of the County Clerk of
N CO W Lincoln County, Wyoming, in order to give notice of said Communitization Agreement. It is not intended
di Z Y by this Memorandum to construe, define, limit or modify the Communitization Agreement, but to merely
