KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE
ASSOCIATION, a District of Columbia Corporation, of the County of the District of Columbia, State of the
District of Columbia, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to it paid by Lance W. Bateman and Becky Dannett Bateman, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
forever quitclaimed and by these presents does for its heirs, executors and administrators, forever quitclaim unto
Lance W. Bateman and Becky Dannett Bateman, Grantees, their heirs and assigns, forever, all such title and interest,
as it may have or ought to have, in the following described premises being in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, described as follows:
A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 266PR, on page
268, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the Northwest
Quarter Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 35 North, Range 119 West, of the
6th Prime Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming. The Metes and Bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a Cotton Gin Spike set marking a point in the North line of said
Northwest Quarter Southeast Quarter said Point being 26.16 feet South 89 °2'35" East
from the Referenced spike found marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel (PLS 5368) 1992
location for the Northwest Corner of said Northwest Quarter Southeast Quarter
thence South 89 °02'35" East, along said North Line, 577.28 feet thence South
0 °53'00" West parallel with the East line of the West Half Northwest Quarter
Southeast Quarter, 377.18 feet; thence North 89 °02'35" West, parallel with said North
Line, 577.73 feet; thence North 0 °57'07" East, Parallel with the West line of said
Northwest Quarter Southeast Quarter, 377.17 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
with an address of 532 County Road 112, Etna, WY 83118 Together with all
improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and
appurtenances thereto.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises unto said Grantees and said Grantees' heirs and assigns, to
his /her /its and their own use forever. So that neither Federal National Mortgage Association, nor any other person
in its name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim any right or title to the premises, but they shall by these presents
be excluded and forever barred.
