WITHIN THE SE' /4NE'/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 32 NORTH, RANGE 119
WEST, OF THE 6TH P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, THE BOUNDARY
AND ENCUMBRANCES BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE LLOYD B. BAKER PE /LS 698, 1996 LOCATION FOR THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW1/4NE1/4 OF SAID SECTION 4 AND RUNNING
THENCE N 0 °59'13" E, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SW1/4NE1/4 OF SAID
SECTION 4, 208.71 FEET;
