CHERYL I. HILL, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, 3522 S. Muddy String Road,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to CECIL A. HILL and CHERYL I.
HILL, TRUSTEES of The Hill Family Living Trust dated June 26, 1996, c/o 3522 S. Muddy
String Road, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the
following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the
land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 10, 2009, in Book 735 at Page
505 as Instrument No. 950472, a copy of which is attached hereto.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereunto
belonging.
SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions, and
restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and /or of record.
