KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ALVIN L. ROBINSON and
ALICE L. ROBINSON, TRUSTEES of the Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust dated
April 10, 1997, as to an undivided 50% interest, and LANCE P. ROBINSON and MELANIE
ROBINSON, TRUSTEES of the Lance P. Robinson and Melanie Robinson Family Trust dated
March 29, 2011, as to an undivided 50% interest, c/o P.O. Box 677, Afton, Wyoming 83110, as
successors in the easement interest of JAMES IVAN RIDGE, TRUSTEE of the James Ivan
Ridge Trust, a Revocable Living Trust U /A/D, 12/21/99 that was reserved in the Warranty Deed
that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 17, 20024 in
Book 572 at Pages 772 through 776 as Receiving No. 904645, a copy of which is attached
hereto, acting for themselves and their successors and assigns, and for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, including an EASEMENT AGREEMENT, hereby relinquishes and releases
forever the 60 -foot easement that was reserved in the above referenced Warranty Deed. Said
easement shall no longer encumber in any manner whatsoever that property, currently owned by
SUSAN S. DOHERTY, TRUSTEE of the Exemption Trust established under The Doherty
Family Revocable Trust dated May 14, 1998, 21857 Road 211, Friant, California 93626, as to
her and to her successors and assigns.

WARRANTY DEED
James Ivan Ridge, Trustee of the James Ivan Ridge Trust, a Revocable Living
Trust, U /A /b, 12/21/99 GRANTOR, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and pursuant to an IRC
1031 tax deferred exchange, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to James J. Doherty and
Susan S. Doherty as Trustees of The Doherty Family Revocable Trust, dated May 14,
1998, GRANTEE, whose address is 21857 Road 211, Friant, California 93626, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit.:

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
