That part of the SEI /4SE1/4 of Section 6, T3ON RI 18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 608
of Photostatic Records on page 881, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike, on the centerline of the Reeves Schwab County Road No. 12-
149, S73 10' -49 "W, 705.52 feet, from the northeast corner of said SE1 /4SE1/4;
thence S00 05' -50 "W, 195.20 feet, along a line parallel with the east line of said
SE1 /4SE1/4, to a point;
thence N89 53' -17 "W, 248.03 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
SEI /4SE1/4, to a point;
thence N00 05' -50 "E, 125.64 feet, along a line parallel with said east line, to a point on
the southerly right -of -way line of said County Road No. 12 -149;
