Special Warranty Deed
This Deed, made this
banking corp., party of the first part and
William J. Whiteford and Diane K. Whiteford
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties
Parties of the second part, whose address is: 1539 Arcane St., Simi Valley, CA 93065
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and Other Goods and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and confirm
unto the said parties of the second party, their heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real
property
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit:
Lot One (1), Block Nine (9), Amended Plat of the Town of Opal, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Known as: 910 South Front Street
Opal, WY 83124
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first
part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and
appurtenances; To have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with
appurtenances, unto William J. Whiteford and Diane K. Whiteford, the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and right appearing of record;
and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
And the said party of the first part, for their successors, covenants and agrees to and with the parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns, against all and every person or person lawfully claiming or to claim
the whole or any party thereof, by, through or under the said party of the first part, to Warrant and forever
defend.
In Witness Whereof, the undersigned, as an authorized agent, has set his /her hand seal on behalf of the
