Larsen, Trustee, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee a right of way easement including the right to lay out, construct, inspect, operate and maintain a road, for the use of the public over and across the following described lands situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to -wit: See Legal Description for a portion of Swab Creek Road attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference; hereby releasing and waiving all rights under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming. The easement herein granted shall be perpetual so long as the above described lands are used for the purpose of a public road. Furthermore, pursuant to W.S. 24 -3 -108, Grantor hereby consents to the establishment of a county road over the above described lands and irrevocably waives any objections to, or claims for damages from, the establishment of a county road over said lands.
