described on the official plat filed with Instrument No. 889812 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
Together with the right of access provided for in document recorded September 28, 1981 in
Book 181 PR on page 71 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record.
