That the undersigned is the owner of the land described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION FIRST FILING SECOND AMENDED IDENTICAL WITH LOT 1 OF SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION FIRST FILING AND LOT 32 OF SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION SECOND FILING -FIRST AMENDED WITHIN THE S'' /2 SECTION 20 NY2 SECTION 29 T37N RI18W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 13 June 2013, as revised, and recorded concurrently herewith. 2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat. 3. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and the implications thereof. 4.
