Box 3116, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, acting through its undersigned member, does hereby make
the following statement of facts:
1. That the undersigned is the owner of the land described under the Certificate of Surveyor on
the plat titled, "SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION FIRST FILING SECOND AMENDED
IDENTICAL WITH LOT 1 OF SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION FIRST FILING AND LOT 32
OF SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION SECOND FILING -FIRST AMENDED WITHIN THE S'' /2
SECTION 20 NY2 SECTION 29 T37N RI18W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated
13 June 2013, as revised, and recorded concurrently herewith.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original Mylar
of said plat had been signed.
