Alpine, Wyoming 83128, does hereby make the following statement of facts:
1. That 1 Bank holds a mortgage with Alpine III, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability
Company, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 772 of Photostatic
Records on page 824, encumbering Lot 1 of Snake River Junction First Filing Subdivision
described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION
FIRST FILING SECOND AMENDED IDENTICAL WITH LOT 1 OF SNAKE RIVER
JUNCTION FIRST FILING AND LOT 32 OF SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION SECOND
FILING -FIRST AMENDED WITHIN THE SY2 SECTION 20 N1/2 SECTION 29 T37N
R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 13 June 2013, as revised, and recorded
concurrently herewith.
2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon and
the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar
of said plat had been signed.
