KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that WILLIAM LEE FLEMING, a single
man, 12645 Angelina Drive, Peyton, Colorado 80831, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of
such consideration being hereby acknowledged, does hereby GRANT, SELL, AND CONVEY unto THE
BANK OF STAR VALLEY, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming, P.O. Box
928, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantee, and its successors and assigns, the following described real
estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 19 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the
official plat filed on June 7, 1971 as Instrument No. 431710 in the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements, and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
This deed is an absolute conveyance, Grantor having sold the above described real property to the
Grantee for good and valuable consideration. This deed releases Grantor's obligations secured by the
Mortgage heretofore executed by Grantor on the above described real property.
Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made.
