FARREL GENE HOOPES and SHERRY KAY HOOPES, husband and wife,
grantors of the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to THE HOOPES
FAMILY TRUST, dated July 8, 2013, FARREL G. HOOPES and SHERRY KAY
HOOPES, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of
record or in use.

Subdivision as platted and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming; thence South 01 °03'38" East 379.27 feet, thence
North 88 °56'22" East 188.00 feet, thence North 01 °03'38" West 379.27
feet, thence South 88 °56'22" West 188.00 feet to the point of beginning,
enclosing 1.88 acres more or less, together with all water rights,
mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in
use.
