($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, DO HEREBY CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Mountain House, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, Grantee, whose
address is 840 Golden Hill St., Cheyenne, WY 82009, the following described real estate:
Lot 33 of Star Valley Ranch, Plat 17, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat filed with Instrument No. 523541 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
