releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

Wyoming.
TOGETHER with all improvements thereon, if any, as is and easements, appurtenances
and incidents belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights of way, reservations, mineral leases and
restrictions now appearing of record and affecting said property above described.
