WYOMING and holder of that certain Mortgage made and executed by Ray Starnes and /or Margo
Starnes as Mortgagor, whose address is 778 Vassar Way, Idaho Falls, ID 83402 and BANK OF
JACKSON HOLE as Mortgagee on January 30, 2012, certifies that the Mortgage has been fully
paid, satisfied or otherwise discharged. The Mortgage was recorded on December 20, 2012, in
the Land Records for Lincoln County, Wyoming and is indexed as Receiving 968601 Book: 801
Page: 107. The Mortgage having been complied with, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and
all of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 106 Greys River Road, Alpine, WY
83128 and legally described as:
Lot 708, Lakeview Estates 7`" Addition, according to that plat recorded June 30, 2003 as Plat No.
250 E in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
