AND WARRANT to:

following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot 269 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights -of-
way of record, of sight or in use.
