Gill, as single man, was the owner of record of certain property in Lincoln County, Wyoming, pursuant to a Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 666 at Page 333 on July 19, 2007 as Receiving No. 931421; and WHEREAS, said property was mortgaged by said owner to The Bank of Star Valley through a Mortgage that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 666 at Pages 334 through 337 on July 19, 2007, as Receiving No. 931422; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of said Mortgage, and pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 34 -4 -101 et seq., Foreclosure by Advertisement and Sale, the Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming held a foreclosure sale at the Lincoln County Courthouse, in Kemmerer, Wyoming on the said property, at 10:00 a.m. on April 2, 2013; and WHEREAS, The Bank of Star Valley, a Wyoming Banking Corporation was the successful bidder on the said property at said foreclosure sale, as shown on the Certificate of Purchase that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 808 at Pages 193 through 204 -A on April 2, 2013 as Receiving No. 970279; and WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the said property under the laws of the State of Wyoming within the time provided therefore under Wyoming law. NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS DEED, that I, M. SHANE JOHNSON, SHERIFF OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, in consideration of the premises, have granted and sold, and do hereby convey to THE BANK OF STAR VALLEY, a Wyoming Banking Corporation, P.O. Box 8007, Afton, Wyoming 83110, and its successors and assigns, the following described tract of land: Lot 511 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof. Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. SHERIFF'S DEED PAGE 1 OF 2 Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements, and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
