WHEREAS, Fernando Ramos Tzompa and Claudia V Rivera
Chavez, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., as nominee for PHH Mortgage Corporation d /b /a PHH Mortgage
Services its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described
real property by that certain mortgage dated March 18, 2009 (the "Mortgage
and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 13,
2009, at Reception No. 946514 in Book 720 at Page 448.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

Assignment recorded: June 4, 2012

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of PHH Mortgage Corporation, acting under a power of sale contained
in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on July 17, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, PHH Mortgage Corporation "Successful Bidder
made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the
sum of $280,875.39, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on July 17, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was
issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 17, 2012, at
Reception No. 965587 in Book 789 at Page 581.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated August 3, 2012
and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on e ---:7;.:/ 2013 at
Reception No. 9 ,,2 k?C in Book op/s--- at P a e
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And
Assigns whose address is do Michaelson, Connor, Boul, 4400 Will Rogers
Parkway, Ste 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73108, its successors and assigns, all
right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
