HomeMy WebLinkAbout972100WARRANTY DEED Reed Rick Miller and Kelly Jo Miller, Trustees of the Rick and Kelly Miller Family Trust dated February 1, 2013, grantors, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to Paul C. Darrow, a single man, grantee, of 4628 Turnerville Road, Bedford, WY 83112, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: A portion of the Miller property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 886366, in Book 507 PR, on Page 585, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, located within the NE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 15, T33N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
