Reed Rick Miller and Kelly Jo Miller, Trustees of the Rick and Kelly Miller Family Trust dated
February 1, 2013, grantors, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten and
No /100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to Paul C. Darrow, a single man, grantee, of 4628
Turnerville Road, Bedford, WY 83112, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
A portion of the Miller property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document
No. 886366, in Book 507 PR, on Page 585, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, located within the NE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 15, T33N, R118W, of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being
more particularly described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this
reference.

Jo Miller to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon their oath, did say
that they are the trustees of the Rick and Kelly Miller Family Trust dated February 1, 2013,
described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and
sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority under the terms of the written
trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustees acknowledged
said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.

BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Darrow property, as
referred to in as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document
No. 875139, in Book 470PR, on Page 224, with said Office, also
being a Point in the West line of the NW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 14,

said Point of Beginning being 165.00 feet N1 °05'40 "E, along said
West line, from the Paul N. Scherbel PLS 164, 1981 location for
