Consideration ($10.00), in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY(S) AND Quitclaim(S) TO:

GRANTEE(s) who address is 831 Lancaster Lane, Afton, Wy 83110 all interest in the
following described real property, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,

SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights -of -way.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Law of the State
