HomeMy WebLinkAbout972153TO WIT: The undersigned Officer of the Bank of Jackson Hole, being first duly sworn, does hereby depose and say: THAT the undersigned has examined a copy of that Plat submitted May 17, 2013, Revised July 17, 2013 of the GREYS RIVER COVE ADDITION, SECOND FILING TO THE TOWN OF ALPINE, located within the NE1 /4SW1/4 and NW1 /4SE1/4 of Section 29, T37N, R118W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming; THAT the Bank of Jackson Hole is holder of a mortgage on the lands depicted on said Plat and described under the Certificate of Surveyor and Certificate of Owners on said Plat; THAT, in the name of and on behalf of the Bank of Jackson Hole the undersigned acknowledges, accepts and consents to the subdivision of the land depicted on said Plat and agrees that the mortgage shall be subordinated to the dedications and easements shown thereon. THAT the signature of the undersigned to and the recording of this affidavit shall have the same force and effect as the signature of said undersigned to the Certificate of Mortgagee as contained on said Plat.
