within the SW1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 26, T35N, R119W, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the DeVeny property as referred to in the
Deed recorded in Book 494PR, on Page 562, with said Office, said Point of
Beginning, being 659.17 feet S89 °05'21 "E, along the North line of the
NW1 /4NE1 /4 of Section 35, of said T35N, R119W, from the Marlow A. Scherbel
PLS 5368 1993 location for the Northwest Comer of said NW1 /4NE1 /4;
thence N00 43'09 "E, along the East line of said DeVeny property, 499.89 feet;
thence S89 °16'51 "E, perpendicular to said East line, 320.18 feet;
