husband and wife, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have hereby delivered, released and forever quit claimed unto the Lone
Cedar Trust dated November 16, 1994, grantee, assigns forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described property, to -wit:

Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

BEGINNING at the southwest spike of said tract in Book 352 on Page 317 on the west line of said
NW N00 11' -48 "W, 1293.70 feet, from the southwest corner of said NW'/;
thence N00 11' -48 "W, 363.22 feet, along the west line of said NW1/4, to a spike;
thence S83 09' -27 "E, 678.94 feet, to a point;
thence N00 11' -48 "W, 362.73 feet, along a line parallel with the west line of said NW' /4, to a
point on the south line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 517 of Photostatic Records on
page 564;
thence S89 50' -55 "E, 674.18 feet, along said south line, to a point;
