KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that J.H. Merritt and Kendra M. Merritt,
husband and wife, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have hereby delivered, released and forever quit claimed unto the Lone
Cedar Trust dated November 16, 1994, grantee, assigns forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described property, to -wit:
SEE ATTACHED "EXHIBIT C"
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

thence S00 28' -52 "E, 643.00 feet, along said east line, to the POiNT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 19.32 acres, more or less;

That part of the E' /2NW% of Section 21, T34N RI 18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that
tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 352 of Photostatic Records on page
316, and part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 361 of Photostatic Records on page 37,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast point of said tract in Book 352 on the east line of said E1/2NW1/4, N00
28'-52"W, 1286.01 feet, from the southeast corner of said E %2NW' /4, identical with the northeast point
of Lot 4 of High Country Estates 2 Filing, a subdivision of record in said Office with Accession No.
937859:
thence N89 55' -55 "W, 739.27 feet, along the north line of said Lot 4, to the northwest point thereof
identical with the northeast point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 801 of Photostatic
Records on page 571;
thence continuing N89 55' -55 "W, 568.21 feet, along the north line of said tract in Book 801, to a
point;
thence N00 20' -19 "W, 644.89 feet, along a line parallel with the west line of said E' /2NW'/4, to a point
on the south line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 517 of Photostatic Records on page 564;
thence S89 50' -55 "E, 1305.89 feet, along said south line, to the southeast point of said tract in Book
517, on the east line of said EANW' /4;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the NV/4 of Section 21, T34N R1 18W, being
N89 54' -06 "E;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across a strip of land sixty (60)
feet in width, with the south line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest point of the above described Tract C;
thence N89 55'- 55' "W, 1349.60 feet, along the south line of those tracts of record in said Office in
Book 352 on pages 316 and 317, to a spike on the west line of said NW' being the centerline of
Bedford North County Road No. 12 -121;
the northerly line of the above described easement to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to create a
continuous easement with a minimum width of sixty (60) feet to meet the west line of the above
described Tract C and the west line of said NW%;
each "point" marked by a 518" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 or 11810 with appropriate details;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with 2"
aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 or 11810 with
appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled,
"PLAT OF BOUNDA' 1 STMENTS AND EASEMENT FOR J.H. MERRITT AND KENDRA
