This Corrective Warranty Deed is being executed for the sole purpose of correcting the
legal description as written in that certain Warranty Deed dated May 16, 2011 and
recorded at Reception Number 959304 in Book 766 at Page 692 in the records of Lincoln
County Clerk's Office.
GRANTOR hereby releases any rights in and to said property under the homestead exemption
