Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and vahiable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Michael R. Hobby and Karmen M.
Hobby, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is
Post Office Box 3509, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
Lot 20 of the Broken Wheel Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as described on the Official Plat Record as Instrument No.
436180.

WARRANTY DEED
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of record.
Grantees are prohibited from conveying captioned property for any sales
price for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this deed. After this thirty
(30) day period, Grantees are further prohibited from conveying the property for
a sales price greater than Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($318,000.00) until ninety (90) days from the date of this deed. These restrictions
shall run with the land are not personal to the Grantees.
