Grantees are prohibited from conveying captioned property for any sales price for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this deed. After this thirty (30) day period, Grantees are further prohibited from conveying the property for a sales price greater than Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($318,000.00) until ninety (90) days from the date of this deed.
