Box 32965, Knoxville, TN 37930-2965, as purchaser at the foreclosure sale. WITNESSETH Default having occurred on that certain Mortgage dated December 1, 1998, and recorded December 2, 1998, in Book 422PR and Page 380, in the records of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming by Brent L. Nelson and Kristina M. Nelson, Husband & Wife, to Associates Finance, LLC to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the amount of $136,289.45, dated December 1, 1998, which said Mortgage embracing the following described real property: SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 22, T21N, R117W of the 611 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, also known as 1795 County Road 342, Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101. 2 By virtue of the sale and purchaser's payment under the authority of law, I hereby give and grant this Sheriff's Certificate of Sale to Associates Housing Finance, LLC, P.O. Box 32965, Knoxville, TN 37930-2965, as purchaser, who will be entitled to a Sheriff's Deed for the property at the expiration of the period of redemption unless the property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law. Upon the expiration of the period of redemption, being four months from the date of this sale, a Sheriff's Deed will be executed conveying the property to the purchaser or its assignee as the holder of this Sheriff's Certificate of Sale.
