in consideration of Ten and 00 /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by those presents do for my /our heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto:
Michael Bush and Kanlayawan Bush, husband and wife, grantees, of 6422 S. Raymond
Dr. South Weber, UT 84405
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I /we have, ought to have or
hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of Section 12, T24N R116W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared
by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. titled, "Description for Jack D. Richardson of Parcel A -1 and Parcel
A -3 dated 28 October 1997, revised 3 November 1997.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
