KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Mary M. Service, Janet M. Beebe,
and Joyce A. Chadwick, co- tenants, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of
ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these
present do for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release, and forever
quitclaim unto Janet M. Beebe, a married woman, as her sole and separate property, an
undivided one -third (1/3) interest, an co- tenant and Joyce A. Chadwick, a married woman, as her
sole and separate property, an undivided two thirds (2/3) interest, as co- tenant, all such right,
title, interest, property, possession, claim, and demand as they may have or ought to have, in or
to all the following described premises, to -wit:
The Lot No. Eight (8) of block No. Four (4) of the Lincoln Heights Subdivision to
the Town of Kemmerer [T21 R116 S23], as surveyed, platted and recorded in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds, together
with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto.
Together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservation, restrictions,
and existing or future oil and gas and/or other mineral leases, now of record or
otherwise affecting said lands.

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Janet M. Beebe co- tenant
with one -third (1/3) interest and Joyce A. Chadwick, co- tenant with two thirds (2/3) interest, to
their own proper use and behalf forever. So that neither Mary M. Service, nor any other persons
in her name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these present be excluded and forever
barred.
