of the Wilson Family Trust, U /AID April 11, 2002, and any amendments thereto, in consideration of the
sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed
and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do remis,
release and forever quitclaim to Donald J. Wilson and Shay J. Wilson, Trustees of the Wilson Family
Trust, U /A/D April 11, 2002, and any amendments thereto, as to an undivided one -half (1/2) interest,
and Thomas J. Marchy and Michele D. Marchy, Trustees of the Thomas J. Marchy and Michele D.
Marchy 2011 Trust, dated January 20, 2011, as to an undivided one -half (1/2) interest, whose address
is 939 Helena Avenue, Waterford, CA 95386, all right, title and interest in the following described real
property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Township 26 North, Range 119 West. 6 P.M.. Lincoln County, Wyoming,
Section 29: SW1 /4NW1 /4, W1/2SW1/4;
Section 30: E1/2SE1/4, NW1 /4SE1/4, S1/2NE1/4, SE1 /4NW1 /4, NE1 /4SW1/4;
Section 31: NE1 /4NE1/4;
Section 32: NW1 /4NW1 /4
TOGETHER with all buildings, improvements, and fixtures situate on the above described property and all
fences, gates, corrals, windmills, pumps, water and irrigation systems, weirs, cattle guards, stock tanks,
stock watering systems, water lines, fence panels, panel gates, chutes, and all water and water rights,
ditches and ditch rights, reservoirs and reservoir rights appurtenant to, used on, or located on the above
described property and together with al easements and appurtenances belonging thereto
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any, of record; and,
FURTHER SUBJECT TO discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage in area, encroachments, and
any facts which a correct survey and inspection of the premises would disclose and which are not shown in
the public record
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
