P.O. Box 10232, Simi Valley, CA 93065 -6298, grants, bargains, sells, transfers
and assigns to Federal National Mortgage Association, whose mailing address is
International Plaza II, 14221 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 1000, Dallas, TX 75254 -2916,
"Assignee its legal representatives and assigns, all right, title and interest in
that certain Certificate of Sale dated March 12, 2013, on the following described

LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7,
BLOCK 10; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF
LOT 7, BLOCK 10, A DISTANCE OF 75.50 FEET TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING OF UNIT A; THENCE WEST ALONG THE
SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF UNIT B, A DISTANCE OF 130.0

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on March 12, 2013, and the Certificate of
Sale was filed on March 12, 2013, at Reception No. 969888 in Book 806 at Page
575 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
