WHEREAS, Samantha L. Collins, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Aegis Wholesale
Corporation its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described
real property by that certain mortgage dated June 6, 2007 (the "Mortgage and
duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 11,
2007, at Reception No. 930187 in Book 661 at Page 405.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and

said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on March 12,
2013 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned
Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on
the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on March 12, 2013, at Reception No. 969888 in Book
806 at Page 575;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated April 8, 2013 and recorded in the records
of the County Clerk and ex-officip Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on jl,1\ 2013 at Reception No.
61 11 in Book At Page 1(
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
