Murdock, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, with a principal mailing address of 2031 Sunnymeade Road, Manhattan, Kansas 66502 (collectively the "Grantors for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and warrant the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, unto the Kevin L. Murdock and Jennifer L. Murdock Trust, U/A/D July 18, 2013, Kevin L. Murdock and Jennifer L. Murdock, Trustees and on behalf of their successors in trust, with a principal mailing address of 2031 Sunnymeade Road, Manhattan, Kansas 66502 (collectively the "Grantee with the intent that the following described property, and any proceeds or other derivatives thereof, constitute tenancy by the entirety property in accordance with the provisions of Wyo. Stat. 4- 10- 402(c) as amended. The real property which is the subject of this Warranty Deed is located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 56, Rees Subdivision, according to the Official plat of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging, subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights, and rights -of -way of sight and record, and further subject to discrepancies, conflicts on boundary lines, shortage of area, encroachment and any facts which a correct survey and inspections of the premises would disclose and which are not shown in the public record, and further subject to applicable zoning laws and restrictions. Furthermore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantors do hereby waive and release any and all rights that the Grantors may have in the aforementioned real property by virtue of or arising under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming.
