NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the plaintiffs in the above entitled action
have sued the defendants herein, that the object of that action is to adjudge Plaintiff's rights to
compel specific performance for the sale of certain real property to plaintiff subject to a reformed
real estate contact absent fraud which would reduce the sales price to the subject real property to a
comparable fee for "lot only" sales, OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE, to compel repair of the home
by the seller such that the home passes pass building codes and is otherwise occupiable as a year
round home. Th real property in question is described as:
Plat 6, Lot 132, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127
Bearing situs address:
322 Vista East Dr., Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming 83127
Any persons in any manner dealing with the above described real estate subsequent to
the filing of the aforesaid action or this Lis Pendens, will take the property subject to the rights of
the Plaintiffs as established in the lawsuit and by final appeal, or if no appeal is taken, then when
the time to appeal has expired.
