have granted and sold and do hereby convey to Chauncey Richard Roberts,
Jr., PO Box 262, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, his heirs, successors and assigns,
in consideration of the sum paid as high bidder at a mortgage foreclosure sale
held on November 24, 2009, at Kemmerer, Wyoming, of that certain mortgage
recorded in Book 440PR at Page 788 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
with Chauncey Richard Robert as mortgagee and C.R. Roberts Sons, a
Wyoming Corporation, by and through its president, Richard Roberts as
mortgagor, as evidenced by a Certificate of Sale recorded in Book 739 on Page
863 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and with the expiration of one (1)
year from the date of said sale, without the property being redeemed as provided
by law, the following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to
have and hold forever, to wit:
Lots 4 and 5 of Block 1 of the original Township of the Town of Cokeville, Lincoln
County, Wyoming to included buildings, improvements, and water rights.

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,and 7 of Block 4, Roberts Addition, Town of Cokeville,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of tract 82 in Section 8, Township 24 North,
Range 119 West, 6 P.M., Wyoming;
A tract of land located in and being a portion of Tracts 82 and 90 of the
resurvey of Township 24 North, Range 119 West of the 6 Principal Meridian,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows: BEGINNING at corner no. 1 of Tract 72 of the resurvey of
said Township 24 North, Range 119 West, bear North 74 °03'22" West a distance
of 317.22 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence South 89 °42'32" West, a
distance of 433.37 feet to the Southwest corner of said tract of land; thence North
34 °35'52" East, a distance of 522.72 feet to a point being witnessed by a point
lying South 89 °22'42" East, a distance of 75 feet; thence South 89 °22'42" East, a
distance of 724.86 feet; thence North 00 °37'18" East, a distance of 237.63 feet;
thence South 89 °22'42" East, a distance of 900 feet to a point on the Westerly
right -of -way of U.S. 30 North; thence South 11 °42'31" East, a distance of 675.55
feet along said Westerly right -of -way to the Southeast corner of said tract; thence
North 89 °31'43" West, a distance of 1627.95 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 23.29 acres, more or less.
Together with all improvements situated thereon and all fixtures and
appurtenances thereto.
