HomeMy WebLinkAbout870124LAND TITLE COMP. 02014106 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Terrell Kent Rainey and Vicki Lynne Rainey, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and appoint Clara Jensen, their true and lawful attorney for them and in their name, place and stead to sell, buy, convey and mortgage realty and to execute, acknowledge notes and mortgages of real property, and other instruments relating to realty and we hereby give our said attorney full power to do everything whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in said transaction pertaining to the following described property: A tract of land which is part of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian. the boundaries thereof being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is North 89 degrees 47'30" West a distance of 2642.38 feet more or less, from the Southeast comer of said Section 23; and running thence North 89 degrees 48'10" West along County right -of -way boundary a distance of 208.71 feet; thence South 89 degrees 48'10" East a distance of 208.71 feet; thence South 0 degrees 0'50" West a distance of 208.71 feet to the point of beginning. giving and granting unto our said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes, as we might or could do if personally present with full power and substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney or our substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
